Data Storage
Transcripts and account data are stored in Australia (Supabase Australia region). User profiles and session metadata are stored in the same region.
Processing Locations
Speech-to-text: Audio is processed by Deepgram in the United States. Audio is not stored by ReVerbal; it is streamed for real-time transcription only.
Application hosting: The backend API runs on Render (United States). The frontend is served via Netlify (global CDN).
International Transfers
When you use ReVerbal, your audio is sent to Deepgram in the United States for transcription. We use standard contractual clauses, encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls to protect data during international transfer.
